maybe the update-server has a fatigue system even... so id rather wait for next WE to reset.

ouch... i remember these times. The game updates usually were like 2 mb max these days .
11 loved to crash in the middle of updates so you had this "checking for files" a lot of times... and as far as i remember... the checking process took like 1 hr + everytime haha

I have Verizon, at present, started the DL about twenty minutes ago, and currently at 18%. I think it's starting to work for me now because I made some changes to my firewall.

49% its luck-based downloader... damn why dindt i think about it earlier lol
every sec you roll against SE and if you lose, ist 0.0, you are just unlucky Azurus. :S
