    Black and Yellow everything when i target something

    Anytime i target an NPC, animal or enemy EVERY NPC and animal along with the grass and trees turn yellow. (Not my actual pic but same thing) http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=zn7vvt&s=5#.Unsfg-Lp6_I

    I have the latest drivers and such for my card. I checked with atitool and there are no errors. It doesnt overheat nor is anything overclocked and i have directx updated. Im on Vista 64bit. Kinda hard to play when the enemies turn yellow and blend in completely lol. Sometimes NPCs go black instead of yellow just by running by them.
