Small guild thinking about merging/joining a larger, more active guild

Our guild was started by several MMO veterans - we have played many different games together and wanted to start a social/casual guild with enough members to support some raids. As it turns out, we all have enough time to play but not enough time to run a FC! We have about 10 active members and we're hitting the point where we need to make some decisions about our progression. One or two members have relic weapons, but the majority of us are working on the HM primals and farming WP/AK for tomestones to gear up. Are there any FC out there willing to take on some extra members?

Most of them have recently hit 50 and are running HM's and WP/AK to gear up. A few of us are beyond that point and are trying to get them up to speed so we can start running Coil.

If you guys are still looking I think you'd be a great fit with <Jenova>. We are a small guild who was formed very much in the same way as you guys ( a bunch of friends that have played MMOs together in the past.) Our plan is to maintain a casual atmosphere but also have a solid core for those that want to raid. We are currently working on helping people through relics and running AK/WP to gear up. We currently have 33 members and though we don't want to become a huge guild, we could certainly use you guys to bolster our ranks.
