Gil Never Delivered To Retainer

Hello, recently I sold ~300k worth of peacock ore but when I went to my retainer he did not have the gil. The transactions show in my transaction history, but the retainer had none of the gil made from the sells. I have only one retainer. Can you please look in to this and restore my gil if possible...?

Steps:
1. buy peacock ore with tomes of philosophy
2. sell ore on auction house
3. go to retainer and no gil is there even though it is confirmed to have sold in transation log
