Order of Bahamut <OrBa> is looking for Core and Casual members!

Order of Bahamut, is a Rank 8 English speaking, international Free Company on Cerberus with about 30 members from various time zones. Most of us are from Europe (GMT / GMT+1 / GMT+2) but we also have a few members from Russia (GMT+4), Japan (GMT+9) and Australia (GMT +10). Main raiding time is during the evening or whenever there are enough members online (usually 18:30 GMT to open end)

We do not consider us as "hardcore raiders", but we do of course challenge the Binding Coil of Bahamut (at Turn 5 now) as well as the Crystal Tower, EX Primals, Ultima HM, etc. The average age of our members is about 28 years, with the oldest members being 40+. We welcome dads, moms, family people and individuals with busy lives. Currently we are looking for a few more Core Group members to complete a 2nd raiding group for various endgame content. You may also join the Casual Group if you want to play more leisurely and do not feel like raiding - please check our Recruitment Page for further information.

We have two groups in the Free Company, the "Core Group" and the "Casual Group", which are explained below:

Core Group

• This group is for players who want to progress in the game and challenge everything FFXIV has to offer, including endgame raids.
• Requirement for this group: At least one job at 50 with the storyline finished, access to Hard Mode content and sufficient time.

Casual Group

• This group is for players who do not have lots of time to play and are enjoying the game at their own pace, without any obligations.
• You can get upgraded to Core once you meet the requirements and have enough time.
• Members with this group will not get planned in for scheduled raids, like Coil, but may still join if they qualify and we have an open space.

We currently have 15 members in the Core Group and 15 members in the Casual Group, with successful Turn 5 Coil raiders. We are looking for a few more players to get a 2nd Core Group ready.

If you want to join the Casual Group, all positions are open.
The open positions for the Core Group are below:

Gladiator/Paladin: [open]

Orange means that we can accept this job, as it can replace another one or fulfill the same duty (BRD for example can replace a MNK due to their silencing ability, WHM can replace a SCH as they both obviously can heal).
Violet means that we do not have an available Core Group slot for this job at the moment, but you would most likely still get taken to Coil (Backup/Pool).
Green means we are in desperate need of that specific job. If you apply for a Green slot and have the Gear / fulfill the requirements, you will be able to join a Core Group instantly.
Red means that there is no need of that specific job. You can still apply for the Casual Group.

sorry, I do not check this thread for replies on a regular basis. Raid times are usually in the late evening (GMT), therefore around 19:00 - 22:00. Every raid gets announced in our forums a few days before, so people can opt in or opt out. We also do spontaneous raids when enough members are online and feel like doing one
