Easy way to bring over Hotbar, Gear sets, etc?

Is there a way to set up any kind of sync between machines for my hotbar setup, gear sets, etc?

I play between two machines, my home desktop that my partner and I share, and my laptop. (I play on the desktop if I'm the only one playing - it's much more powerful, and play on the laptop when we're both playing since only my laptop can handle games). It's pretty frustrating that nothing I've customizes comes over, and that I have to remember any changes I've made and make them myself any time I switch a machine.

Am I missing a setting or anything that would enable this? I would think it would just sync over the cloud like everything else.

I still think this stuff should just sync over the cloud though - I've been thinking about getting the PS3 version, but the idea of having to go through and set everything back up is just really annoying.

They are working on a feature in which you can load settings from one machine to another, will be something you do before you login to the game.
They mentioned this one is coming before patch 2.1... but no dates or nothing. I have to look for the info to confirm but I think that was it for this one.

For now I think it's pc to pc, ps to pc they need to come up with some cloud based storage but they said they had to be careful on that one.
