gddfgfdhfgh I-it's not a mod, I've never used mods in FFXIV. That was just a photoshop edit, hahaha ;
I guess It's a compliment that it was mistaken as a mod, albeit I'm surprised -falls over-.
Her hair colour is ingame, but Reshade and Photoshop make it look brighter ^^
