That's very true! The least popular races like Roegadyn, Highlanders (might be only the females), and Elezen (might only be the females as well) which people seem to find unattractive (but I don't), you can really create some very attractive characters, while also being unique even with the limited character creation choices. I spend my time in the character creation every now and then, and I'd say every race have their own kind of attraction, and it's very possible to make them all attractive.

(Also thanks! Might do more if I stopped being lazy...)

Elezen, Highlanders and Au ra I can all dig, especially the males (I really dislike auri females.) I've never liked male Roegadyn due to their boxy builds. Just don't like those types of race irrespective of which game it is.

I've noticed that a lot of the faces that look super ugly at first can be tweaked into some of the most beautiful/handsome faces. I was actually messing around with face 5 when i decided that i didn't like where it was going, and looked around at the others to see if i could make something else work.

I looked over to 6 (which was a complete butterface when i started) and it looked totally different. A few tweaks later and i ended up with this.

It takes some doing but most - certainly not all - the faces can be made moderately to very attractive. There's some that are just doomed from inception, however, and no amount of editing can help them.

AFter seeing all these pics i might have to try a highlander again, went to Au RA cause i didnt like how any of them looked sadly (male wise) so might have to steal someones char lol

Edit:....nope cant do it all the highlander faces look so bad to me, closest is 4 or maybe 3 but man......ill just go midlander, wish we had some beards though =(

It's a shame. I quite like the Highlander bodies - but their faces are either too old looking or just don't look as handsome as some of the Midlander faces. Being able to combine both would have been pretty neat - and it's strange that you can't given that they literally copied and pasted one of the Midlander faces and made it available for Elezen as well.
