Honestly I've been able to use all the faces for midlander women to success. You just have to have a little patience, play with the options, and see the character in-game. ^-^

Lissandra's character is a testament to the fact face 3 is actually great. I think it looks a little "bigger" compared to the others but you really have to give it chance.
