    Similar stuff has happened to me when I tried to copy a character for a retainer from this very topic. The problem is some look better in SS than in-game due editing, in special the skin.

    After all FFXIV editor, it's not like Aion or BnS, so copy the face is easy enough.

    PS: I love female highlanders when I see them in everyone else's screens, but whenever I try to make one myself, I can't make them look right. Female highlanders are an eternal mystery!
