Been lurking on here since getting this game. So many unique and beautiful Hyurs! Figured I'd post my own now that she's level 50 and can glamour things.
This is Wren:
For now, I'm really loving these robes! ^_^

A few refinements and some new duds later :3
Here's what I do for my screenies, may help a bitTIL there are filters for gpose, ALL THOSE WASTED MINUTES WAITING FOR THE SUN TO COME BACK UP SO I COULD SEE MY CHAR ._.!
Also turns out quality is better if I take my screenshots from the FF folder as opposed to the clipboard or passing it through paint, which is weird.
Always get the print screens from the screenshot folder the game points to (which is at the system options)
First you choose a nice backdrop and emote you wish to pose with. Once you're happy with your combo of emote and facial expression, hit gpose. (be sure to hit the expression after your emote). IF POSSIBLE - get the best natural lighting you can get for best results (avoid standing in shadows).
If you need additional lighting, place the 3 lights where you want the light to come from. Keep in mind that the light is placed whereever your camera is currently standing (means if you want the light to come from above, you move your camera to the sky, pointing towards the character from above, like a bird's view). I usually don't use additional lighting cause Pastel 2 works very well in dark screenshots and natural lighting is just much better. Type 3 lighting is usually too strong if you don't know what you're doing so type 1 or 2 should give you subtle lighting you need
After your lighting is done or if you were already happy with the natural lighting, rotate the filters and see what looks best
Like Bright 3 creates a nice mono-theme while Enhanced Effects and Color marker are great for colors and light. My favourite during night time is Pastel 2.
Place the gpose zoom to max. Close ups give a much more detailed look on your character's eyes.
And if you want a portrait, shift the camera and place the angle the way you think is right. Most of the time you're showing off your character with bits of scenery but if you want a scenery shot, be sure your character blends well with the background - they aren't supposed to be the focal point during scenery shots
Crop the image, hide the UI and you're done ^^

Gpose will probably be the literal death of me. Well, that or the glam game. =P
