It's the healer body piece from Alexander A12. I posted a full body view on the vanity thread. As far as I know the savage version is dyeable but has that silly one-winged-buttwing attached to the jacket and the default white actually looks pretty neat if you're going for a holy themed glamour set.

The cuffs aren't in the original but I absolutely love to use them...
