Eww... gross. There is nothing wrong with being yourself. And trying to shame someone into not being their self is honestly just wrong and disgusting. There are all walks of life in every single place in this world. No matter who you are, what you are, where you come from, who you love and not love. Just be yourself and be honest with yourself.

Again there is nothing wrong with being yourself. If you want to be flamboyant then work it! If you want to be quiet and reserved, do you. But no need to come for others and who they are...

So it's a case of be yourself, but don't be yourself, but ... be yourself? Except being yourself is "wrong and disgusting"... right.

Regarding the bolded, it's ironically an attempt at what you supposedly revile, aka shaming, but rebranding it as being "called out".

People such as yourself are, ironically, why I - and many other gay and bi men - prefer having nothing to do with the official so-called LGBTQ+ movement and the myriad of other political groups it's now merged with. Nevermind the frequent inference which arises - though I presume not here - to the effect that not wanting to be associated with this, is somehow a "betrayal" of some movement I never really signed up to, as well as the tendency of some to try and paint "flamboyant" behaviours as going hand in hand with preferring the same gender.

However, much as I appreciate Pomelo's and Rosentretter's comments, mine were simply a comment on the character's appearance. I liked the design, barring those elements, and commented to that effect. In general, and with very few exceptions, I prefer natural hair tones, and yes, the flag adds little IMO. To interpret it as a gratuitous attack, as one other poster did, is folly and the sign of a paranoid mindset. It was a qualified compliment, in a thread I had imagined was not merely a hugbox.

I don't care what you are, as long as you're a nice person.
I was never offended by anything you said and maybe should've chosen my words more gracefully when replying back to you.
I personally never took it as an attack. And I hope you didn't take my reply as that either.
