Thank you so much!!I looove your hair!
Thank you!Eww... gross. There is nothing wrong with being yourself. And trying to shame someone into not being their self is honestly just wrong and disgusting. There are all walks of life in every single place in this world. No matter who you are, what you are, where you come from, who you love and not love. Just be yourself and be honest with yourself.
Again there is nothing wrong with being yourself. If you want to be flamboyant then work it! If you want to be quiet and reserved, do you. But no need to come for others and who they are...<3

Finally got the caster body piece from Skalla to drop after all the times I've run it, and I'm kind of liking this glamour now
I always manage the cool poses on my alt jobs...

Well, that's unfortunate. Though it wouldn't be the FFXIV community without excessive hyperbole and an insistence upon reading into things in the worst possible light, would it? I guess I'm free to weigh in on this given that I'm Lauront's partner and all. We're both men. We're together. I'm sure you can figure out what that results in.
Nobody is demanding that the character should be changed, it was a simple comment made in passing. Be flamboyant if you so please, just don't be surprised when some people raise eyebrows when that ends up resulting in stereotypes being enforced.
Speaking of stereotypes. A guy with pink hair and revealed chest. I can see why this is linked with the flag. Loud colours, loud behavior and the urge to be accepted . That's what it speaks to people. The flag completes the circle by making him more attention seeking. Pointing it out is in no way homophobic.
It seems like an issue to agree to disagree on, no? Not everything translates well through text, after all. Which is precisely why people should not leap to bold conclusions and assume that anything resembling critique is meant as a deeply personal attack.
Though as mentioned earlier, such things seem to go hand in hand with a considerable portion of FFXIV's community. To the extent that simply telling a player to be cautious of a particularly mechanic they persistently die to is considered to be one of the worst things they have ever experienced.
