Terrible lag and then runtime error

I dont know why but this started happening since the last patch the game starts to lag and then crashes i get the following error:

Yep getting the exact same error here, only after the latest patch

EDIT: more details

When I log in it lags a lot for a couple minutes (as in video lag not latency lag) And then I get a runtime error. Its ran nearly perfectly up till now, I havn't changed anything
