Raiding Linkshell Alliance

I am proposing a start a linkshell group comprised of a few (3-4) smaller guilds aimed at helping one another out. The main goal would be to form as many balanced groups out there while still playing with your friends, but without having to give up the perks of being in a small Free Company (free reign over your guild fort).

I am trying to form a group that is comfortable with getting to know one another and still be fairly mature. We have a fairly large mumble server to help facilitate raids. I know there's the prestige of having x amount of coil groups in one free company, but this is to help those smaller companies accomplish the same thing while retaining their identity

Due to our schedules, Saturdays from 11AM-4PM would be an optimum raid window. Could also do this on Sundays.
