Hi, I represent a small group of friends interested in end game raiding. However, some of us are at different stages of development.

Some are still on their way to full Darklight, looking to take down titan, or on their 2nd +1 relic full Darklight and have some mythology pieces. (Big range I know). However, the one thing important to us is 1) community and 2) raiding with our friends.

We have a pretty decent roster of 2 tanks, two healers, and 1 ranged and 1 melee dps. We could technically build a raid group by finding two people to fill out the rest, but we don't want to be too small.

I know for various reasons that there are a few guilds out there similar to our situation (we roughly have 7-10 people when you include our casuals people).

I am proposing a start a linkshell group comprised of a few (3-4) smaller guilds aimed at helping one another out. The main goal would be to form as many balanced groups out there while still playing with your friends, but without having to give up the perks of being in a small Free Company (free reign over your guild fort).

I am trying to form a group that is comfortable with getting to know one another and still be fairly mature. We have a fairly large mumble server to help facilitate raids. I know there's the prestige of having x amount of coil groups in one free company, but this is to help those smaller companies accomplish the same thing while retaining their identity

Due to our schedules, Saturdays from 11AM-4PM would be an optimum raid window. Could also do this on Sundays.

To have this idea work, interested groups should
1) Be willing to use mumble as a form of communication
2) Want to meet new people (we can be family friendly)
and
3) Want to progress (and by progress I mean raiding, running philo/mytho dungeons, and helping each other get ready for end game by doing relics bosses).

We have a substantial amount of crafters willing to help other people out, so if you are a similarly situated guild, please let us know if you would be interested in forming a common linkshell, let me know. It will take some time to make it work on both ends, but I am confident that we can work something out.

I have a group of iRL friends that also wishes to see all of the end game. Most of us raided together in WoW. However there are only 5-6 of us that are serious about end game progression. So we will be looking for a group to team up with. We care more about end game progression than we do loot etc. Currently some of us are still leveling and gearing. Will contact you in game soon.
