    Worlds Transfer Service Down

    While SE cant give me a straight answer to if its down or not when trying to transfer on two accounts tested at two different locations i get this error,
    The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance.
    Please wait and try again.
    All SE can tell me is clear your browser Cache..
