Perhaps the use of the duty finder is also a reason - with how toxic some players can be, do we REALLY want to be able to receive tells full of verbal abuse from total strangers who will probably never see us again and so feel entitled to spew nonsense?

I've made a blacklist macro. =] Also, those people wouldn't be in my friends list or in my FC, so they wouldn't be able to in the first place.
