(This is easy enough to do as its a single command and you point and click and there she flies).

Note, I don't have any fancy equipment or something special to make up for the lack of micro management. I really think its unnecessary (at least up to Titan, don't know about coil). So I would suggest the following:

If you need to place her somewhere, go ahead (can sometimes be useful/different/fun).

    Otherwise, let her be.

Just because you can, it doesn't mean you should.

A successfully micro-managed Eos can heal pretty much all of AK alone leaving you free to DPS. A SCH who micro-manages Eos during Titan, using her buff to enhance healing and defenses at the right time is what separates a great SCH from a mediocre one.

I suppose you are right that by micro-managing you might better optimize your overall DPS/HPS or whatever you are looking for. But I guess it's what you judge as what is needed. If all you wish is to successfully complete the dungeon/primal in a timely fashion with no deaths, than micro-managing is definitely not needed.

While I think the gambit system would be the best option, a simple fix would be to enable the player to right click a pets spells while under 'Obey', and each right click would turn that spell to 'auto-cast'. Meaning the pet will only cast those abilities that have been enabled based on its existing AI rules, and will not cast anything else automatically, period.

Example: SCH Pet under Obey, right click Embrace. Pet will only auto cast Embrace. Manualy use Fey Light, pet uses the ability and resumes its Embrace AI script. Move pet, pet resumes Embrace AI script. Pet will not overwrite Fey Light with Fey Glow unless told to do so, and will do nothing but Embrace automatically regardless of other player input.

Again, I think gambits are still the way to go, and should at least be an option. Use AI to control pet, or write your own AI to control pets. That said, the change I'm suggesting would make things much less of a headache, imo.

This. All of my this. Simple fix and would go a long long way in helping enhance scholars. Good suggestion.
