Maybe doing it that no one can enter the blue circle after 50 people are already in the circle? And everytime someone die, someone else can enter it. and whoever died get send automatic back to the homepoint.
That is ridiculous, they need to remove the fixed cap on rendering and allow it to cap at your actual system capacity (by system I mean your own hardware, the player's, and the computer itself) and what they are already doing, which fixing the rendering priority layers (this happens on 2.1).

EDIT: Also to stay on topic, I think this would be a great idea!

Adding some dynamic events so that not every run is the same, something tiny, such as rare spawns or rare optional objectives (that add some reward to make people also want to do them, aside for the fun factor, such as a bit more experience or extra loot).

FATEs in Dungeons sound great to me ( Since it's not 30 people attacking 1 mob) and the FATE itself would hopefully have more of a thought process when completing them. As long as the FATE itself is engaging, have to use your brain a little and the EXP isn't over the top then personally, I would welcome this addition!

Working from a games established history (the RTS games, board games, novels, etc) is a lot more simple to create a new game's history/story from than something that doesn't really have that to begin with. Working on ARR from 1.0 really didn't help as much due to the fact that it didn't have time to really establish itself.

FATEs in dungeons, while an interesting concept, would really just be the same as some sort of generic event occurring. Further exploration to be done by those who choose to take part in it. It just shouldn't be something "mandatory". By that, I mean that it shouldn't be something that you'd come across naturally progressing through the dungeons. This is so that people don't complain that groups are basically "forced" to do them, since it's just dangling in front of them. You'd basically need to take a small detour to get to them.

I understand what you are saying, and if it were any other company I would agree with you lore wise. Square has some good writers and they can weave a good tale. And just to clarify, I am no WoW fanboy, as I have not played really anything but vanilla WoW. But those dungeons that were there at the start have stuck with me throughout the years. FATE's, events, or leve quests would be optional the way I see it, so ya I agree put it off the beaten path, but every so often have on pop on the main path, keeps players on their toes. I just feel that the dungeons are somewhat underwhelming...at least to me. BUT....that is not a game breaker for me. Just an idea/opinion.

Some sort of rare-ish random occurrence or mob would be a welcome addition to an instance. I would love to occasionally stumble upon a Qiqirn bandit that can be killed for a bounty or treasure or how about a injured baby something that can be clicked for a minion. A rare bonus treasure chest that sometimes is a mimic!

Yes and yes!!! That is what I am talkin about, and it's funny that you bring up mimics as my roommate and I were discussing that very thing last night and how interesting it would be if a chest had a chance to be one! But ya this is the kind of stuff I am referring to.
