If I could give them to you I would. I got mine from the 35 necro quest and I got a lot of them.

According to the new Eorzea Database on Lodestone. Pudding Flesh drops off the Prison Pudding in The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak. Though I can say I have run this dungeon over 30 times and haven't seen it drop once.
You're using them for leves? That would take ages! Stick with the Hi-Potion leve until around L45 then do Gold Needle one until L50. Easy mats to get.
I only needed one pudding flesh for the L45 class quest, the rest I used for Mega Vitality potions to sell for profit.

How about you know, using them for stuff you actually need in combat?
That VIT potion could serve as a decent safety cooldown for tanks since it can be used preemptively to buy you some extra HP - too bad SE "forgot" to make the mats accessible.

Don't do the repeatables at 45. Just do the single turn in that requires you to go to mor dhona. it gives you 150k exp for HQ and only requires you to craft one item, which doesn't require pudding flesh.
As for pudding flesh required for class quest, I just bought the item off the AH since it was cheaper than the actual flesh.

I'm pretty sure I used Lanolin right to 50. Granted Karakul skins are going for 2 Gil on Sargatanas due to all the fleece farming. I don't think most people even know what they are for. They are used in the level 40 Weaver triple turn in, woolen Smock.
After doing the Necrologos leve ~10 times without getting a single pudding flesh, I gave a try to the Twin Adder leve at Observatorium (Feathered Foes) and got it on the second try. Random is of course random, but doing both will rise your chances at getting it.

Lanolin to 50 was painless and cheap for me. I used NQ mostly, burnt through probably 50+ leve's but I'm pretty sure I made a profit considering how cheap normal quality lanolin is.
I quick synthesis'ed 99 karakul skins at a time, which is only 6 leve turn ins.
It's 96k xp per leve if normal quality, I believe. It really wasn't bad at all unless you need your leves for another class during or right after.

That lanolin leve is one of the best crafting leves of all crafts. 1 synth, multiple turnins, of an item that's pretty much dirt cheap because of how much people farm fleece. Enjoy it.

One of the best crafting Leves out there. I have leveled from 41 to 50 in about 3 hours, including farming the skin.
