    601 error still not fixed.

    I paid my 90 subscription fee using my credit card and received the 601 error. I checked my bank account and SE withdrew the fund from my account but my subscription is still inactive. So what am i supposed to do now? I email them and the chat support is conveniently not working.

    Almost the same here... I paid 22€ yesterday for crysta with Paypal but 0 crysta added in my account (no error code for me) ! I don't know what to do exept wait for get my money back or the crystas and play others games. Is there at least someone to manage this part of the forum ?

    Hate to say it, but SE won't address payment issues here (this is user-to-user forum by the way, not user-to-SE)... nor anywhere on the forums.

    Better off going through the support portal for your region and submitting a ticket there. Often not the fastest communication, but it protects confidential information.
