Did sub 15 minute run with myself, SCH, BLM, BRD, none of us in any better gear than DF and relic, not +1. Super easy.
The amount of disbelief for warrior doing anything is ridiculous. I'm glad you proved them wrong. I, myself run WP SRs all the time on my warrior without +1(given, I do have relic) and did a majority of them in DL and Hoplite gear. With AF2 armor(af+1, whatever you wanna call it), the run is much easier. Warrior only causes the run to take an additional pull or two, which isn't a big deal. Anyways though, you can pull to the exact same spot as paladin does at the beginning of the run if your gear is good enough. Though in my experience, it requires bloodbath, vengeance, berserk, and internal release(for the extra damage on bloodbath healing and crit chance for overpower) at the very least to keep things somewhat calm. In a more dangerous scenario, you could get foresight and featherfoot up at the same time too(which I occasionally do).
I consistently get sub 15 min times, I haven't been able to beat 12 minutes yet but I haven't really tried., I typically run parties of:
War (me)
Sch
Whm
Any
Scholar heals me during trash, whm holy spams. Whm stoneskins before each trash pull. Bosses, both healers Cleric stance dps, fairy + regen + inner beast heals me. Scholar lustrates when needed.
For the 4th partymember, BLM has the advantage of sleeping 2nd pull before 1st boss, and aoe LB on last pull.
Brd has advantage of Mana song, but you really only gain at most 20-40 seconds from it, if any at all.
Pull order I do:
2 pulls
Boss
2 pulls
Boss
1 pull
Small tips and tricks I do:
on first pull everyone sprints except you, they wait in corridor before birds. This way you are closest to the tonberries when they spawn so they aggro you, but are far enough that they aren't hitting you when you're grabbing the other 3 groups of mobs.
2nd pull after 1st boss, you can use provoke to grab tonberries while staying in that top center room. Since i have holy spam dps, i also grab the casters, and then go into the corner.
Last pull, after entering the last room, i hide in the left corner so casters go into melee range. If there's no aoe LB, i use tank lb after holy stuns.
I always explain what I'm doing, how many groups of mobs I'm grabbing, and where I will be stopping. So many people have different ideas on what a 'speedrun' is that you save time by just typing out this before each pull.

Most impressive. I like how he skips one or two groups. Very efficient. Though I doubt Warrior can get this run done as fast as the pally can, due to having no cover to protect the WHM, these are the exact same pulls I make most of the time. I'm betting under optimal situations, the Warrior would only fall behind in maybe 1 or 2 minutes, assuming the group has got their stuff together.
Can do sub 10 minutes usually. Sub 11-12 with a pub.
Just need me(WAR), healer, and two AoE dps(Can even have a WHM for AoE dps). Holy stuns help but are not necessary. Just do everything like a PLD but use bloodbath and inner beast(if necessary) to keep yourself alive for pulls while doing AoE dps. Going as WAR is nice because you don't need a BRD.
Use provoke to agro things from farther away since it has longer range than tomahawk. Use every single cooldown for every big pull.
This is a speed run we did a few weeks ago. We could have gotten it faster if it weren't for our playing tag with the Stalkers part way through.

Kill just tonberries , to open door to first boss , pull the trash to the purple line . dps pull boss , tank pull boss off dps 15 sec later locked into boss fight , trash is locked out .
just saved yourself a lot of wasted time killing useless trash .
tbh a lot of this is dependent on the abilities of the healer in the group. I would always advise for tanks in PUG groups to just have one semi fast run 20 mins pulling largish groups and see how the healer and party responds. on the next WP run tell them that you will be pulling bigger groups.
this usually saves wasting time in the long run.
