Can't start second relic other than SMR

Steps:
I finished my relic quest as SCH
I upgraded my relic to relic+1 at the forge (SCH)
I then wanted to start the relic for WHM
I switched to WHM (lv 50)
NPC only offer me the SMR quest
I tried to switch to SMR, accept the quest then abandon
He only offers me the SMR quest, even when I am equiped as WHM or SCH

Please advise

I did them in 1.0 and did not realize I would need to do them again in 2.0...
