Should I upgrade my chest to AF2 or my Curtana +1 (I already have DL feet and my relic shield +1)? Currently using my hoplite chest/head.

I personnally went for Curtana+1, but it depends on a number of factors.
It's technically "easier" to get Allagan Body since it drops in Turn 1 of Coil, and the Allagan Blade drops on Turn 5. That being said, relying on RNG is generally a bad idea. For all I know you could farm Turn 1 for 6 months and not ever get it, and get the sword of your first Turn 5 win. Or you could never bother with Coil or work your way around mythos after a few months.
If you're not currently having trouble keeping hate, I'd say go for Surcoat. Otherwise, go for Curtana+1.
But you know, if you keep getting your weekly 300 mythos, it's not like it will take more than a few weeks for you to get both, so in the end, it's really up to you. I know that for a fact, as I got my Surcoat yesterday and didn't regret my choice at all.
I would personally wait for whatever drops I get from coil, and then plan out whatever mythos gear to buy. I was "forced" to level a palladin and I neither purchased either of the +1 to sword and shield, nor bought the mythos chest, and I could still tank/maintain aggro as per normal. Of course, your rotations and the timing to pop your buffs would have to be stricter.
That was just my advice, by no means would you have to follow it or treat it as law.
