It's fng embarrassing to ask your party if they are silenced or paralyzed or what? When you're supposed to be healing them. It's also embarrassing to stop what you're doing, equip Paralyna, cast it, but just before it lands the Paralysis on everyone wears off. So yeah - some timers/descriptions with mouse over would be great.
Yeah, I'd like to point out how you say you just assume how it works. That's because you're intuitive. The game isn't. Obtuse is the raison de'tere for FFXIV.
