EDIT 11/17/13: figured i did this instead of creating a new thread... anyone knows the best bait or lure (preferable) to get the Sea pickle or the black sole. Gamerescape just say "fishing log" under bait, and i dont seem to find where the fishing log tells me that

on the same line.. anyone knows any guide that have match fish with baits,.. i found a chart at some point but for the live of me cant find it anymore

OMG!!!
i ve trying to get eunuch crayfish for hours... is suppose to be mooch from several positions, have tey 3. Mostly trying from springripple brook at east shroud, went on google and said that using crow fly u get ala mihgan fighting fish and use that one to mooch..

i cant get the ala mihgan, more less a HQ of it

im level 27 fisher, gear lvl 25-27, including rod. using jack o latern..

advice?

I dont know if this is the case here but some fishes are only available at night.

hmmm... im sure that i ve here under day, night, rain, sun.. lol.. this r lol of tears.. lol

It can be fished up at any time. Why not try going to the Vein in Central Shroud? The Striped Goby is supposedly the mooched fish there.

I remember catching mine at Empty Heart in Lower La Noscea by mooching a Copperfish.

It is possible to single out particular fish. Generally, you should be using bait at a similar level as the one you want to catch. I think if you use Spoonworm (lv. 30) at North Bloodshore (near the dancers), you will pretty much only get Black Sole and Sea Pickle. They become much more common as you approach lv. 30 bait but tail off again as you gain levels.

Equally, the ludicrously expensive Krill Feeder is good for Red Coral. Using Goby Balls at North Bloodshore will set you up for the double-mooched Marlin, and using Lugworms further down the coast at South Bloodshore will help you get Silver Sharks faster, as it only attracts Gobies (I think).

Also, with regards to Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish - go to Everschade in the Central Shroud. It's in the far west, under the tree that leads up to the higher level. If you're at a low level for the area, you'll only catch AMFF.

Edit: I'm not sure about the Eunoch Crayfish! I didn't find many on the way to 50, and I don't know if you can find it at Everschade

im lvl 34 on my FSH.. i lvl up trying to catch the sea pickle... i cant remember which lure i was using by now, bc i try all i had. But i ll give it a try again with spoonworm (i was fishing in northshore)

and yea, it seems that if im lvl 30s and want to catch a fish lvl 5, i just need to use a lvl 1-5 bait.. but i cant seem to point out the lure/bait for the same lvl fish that i m..

i wish i had bookmark that chart that had fish and baits...

oh,.. and thx but i got the eunoch catfish i cant temember on which location, but it was one of the rec above.. could look into it if u wanna catch it for ur log
