A little gil i can understand. Sure, a 25 ARM can make a little profit. You do not have enough gil to stay at the markets day after day, constantly undercutting, unless you bought gil.

Ahh, so you're one of those people.
I wonder what it's like, to have so much free time on your hands that you get to completely ruin the fun of everyone around you for your own enjoyment? You're not some E-Robin Hood by destroying markets and making it impossible for legitimate crafters to make a profit on the items they create.
~ The OF motto ~
If someone has more gil than me, they bought it.
If someone outclaims me, they're botting.
If someone is more successful than me, they cheat. FOR REITER
THese statement's are irrelevent, don't let your pride get in the way of your sense of respectability, which you obviously do.

--------------------I've been seeing this a lot and it is very very annoying. People seem to be selling things on the AH for 1 gil when obviously, you can sell it to the npc right beside you for 1 gil, does this make any sense? You sell it on the AH for 1 gil, but you can get one gil from the npc!!! wtf people wtf? Have some common sense people, although it is not all so common. So this is why I am posting this for all you that can't comprehend game mechanics. Sell an item on the AH to get more GIL not any gil or 1 gil!
Well.."Selling for what they want" sure..
Item - 20,000 listed 7 times, chances are the item has a 20k market price..being competitive would be dropping it no more than 500g, since you're trying to offer it slightly cheaper..but when it goes from 20k > 2k because of trying to sell first, competition is over and you're just hurting yourself lol.
Sadly, people are smart enough to not undercut tome mats into oblivion.
I got other methods of making gil as well, so why not hurt myself? lol Hopefully it gets out, and SE does something or some kind of implementation. Example: LIke making an item sell for a set X price which would not bottom out the item, therefore you making a little gil back.

Listing fees to be introduced in 2.1. Please look forward to it. :P
Before you get serious, /sarcasm.
I don't know if it's appropriate to post this here but I did a search instead of making a new thread. Why are people undercutting to such a degree lately? What purpose does it serve? I ask this to the honest players because I know some undercutters are RMT and that's explanation enough but why do legit players do it?
