Atherflow not working at times

I have encountered a bug where atherflow not working but the skill will go on cool down. It doesn't happen too often. I have tried to mimic the situations it occurs but it just seems so random. It happens in dungeons, in the normal zones while in combat, I don't believe it has happened out of combat to me or if it has I didn't notice. It seems when I am casting or chain casting spells and and then go to hit atherflow it just gets confused. Has anyone else experienced anything similar.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
