Fester falls in the same vein as Flare. Sure we can convert once every 3 min to keep a flow of dps going, but if we have to transpose after a flare, it can potentially harm our dps than boost it, more so if we are unlucky and our transpose happens just right after a mana tic and we gotta wait a few seconds for our mana regen to then finally cast a spell again.
