BLM's Mana Issues

Is there any chance of having this addressed? BLM suffers from severe MP issues in short encounters. We burn more MP than we recover in a standard DPS rotation; so much so that we are forced to use Blizzard 3 every 10 seconds.

Twintania is a great example of this; we literally run dry here, unless we have double BRD, at which point all we can do is chug an X-Ether and get one more cast off before going up to melee Twintania until the next Convert is ready. And then pressing fire once before promptly being out of MP yet again. Compounded on the long duration of the encounter, we have to constantly cast fire on the Dreadknights, which runs our MP into the ground very fast.

Other classes don't have to deal with this. Melee have Invigorate, which generally keeps their TP up well enough that they don't run dry, and even if they do run dry, they can still generate much more damage than a BLM can. The other caster, SMN, has unlimited MP, with Aetherflow and Energy Drain.

Possible solutions would be to lower the cost of our spells or increase the MP gain of Convert.

Basically any help would be great; it's silly that I have to interrupt our BRD in the last phase of Twintania and ask him to give me MP, while the three other casters are still nearly full on MP.
This is wasting time that he could be using for Foe Requiem, if I were any other class.
