    I Agree with this for ONE reason, Because my thaumaturge at Lv.15! can use Stoneskin in a Dungeon run but my White mage / Conjurer at Lv.50 scaled down cannot.... really?! why!?

    Because of which cross-class skill slot you have it in. Put it in the first and you can use it

    This, 1000x. If any class can just cross class a level 30+ ability at level 1, why can a level 50 not use their OWN abilities that a level 1 can use? Obviously the effectiveness will be reduced to just as much as the person cross classing it, but this is just yet another deterrent to helping low level friends (which I do almost daily multiple times).

    Because only your current class get level-synched
    If you enter a level 15 dungeon with your THM, your CNJ is still level 50
