Why can't I post in other forums?

Your ability to post in forums is restricted based on your character level. All characters can post in New Players and Technical support, but you can only post in all forums starting at level 20. You also are limited to a certain number per day based on your level. 5 posts per day at 20, 10 at 40, and 20 at 50.

It is a strange solution to prevent forum spam.
