With the changes from 2.1, there's no reason to go STR unless you already have plenty of buffer and don't need the HP.
Since IB won't scale anymore with damage (or only slightly), the benefit from STR is much more arguable than in 2.0.
A 2.1 WAR will go full VIT and will only mix some STR acc depending on content (you're either overgeared or just offtanking).
