PS3 players in my FC wipe on titan over and over because they say it can't load fast enough.

There's some false information here, and whoever claims this whether it was you or somebody else is retarded. I've done this countless times on my PS3, and the only thing I have encountered is lag in the connection, not the loading, and even that is rare nor has it actually hindered me.
