If you need someone that will take the time to cook you HQ food come see me it will be my pleasure to cook for you. Bring me the mats and the mats for the mats if you want I will gladly help you out. You only pay for the HQ, all the NQ is free of charge (if I'm trying to get HQ).

You need some potions for your raiding or to help you out leveling your own Alchemist, I will help the same way as the cooking.
