I saw /propose and thought this was some marriage thread lol

Yeah I thought the same lol and checked out of (._.?) curiosity. I used it as /nominate, as in
/nominate ls "Next Dynamis location?" "Xarc" "Beau" "Sandy"

The significant difference over just asking is that it's a secret ballot.
