Can't block player once they go offline???

Can you guys fix this problem I don't care how you do it.
I would like to block a player that has gone offline I keep getting, "can't find player"
When I add him on the block list the shit don't work at all for offline players.
They should let us allow to block any name.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
