Running out of stuff to, there needs to be more endgame content.

So far I have accomplished
-All battle classes to 50
-obtained 9/9 relics
-Farmed tombstones to have full darklight on every job except caster dps
-did coil 1-4 weekly only need 4 more pieces of gear for full ilvl 90 on my PLD
-All crafts to 50
-Crafted all hq crafting gear
-Leveled Botany and Fishing to 50, Mining to 25

What I have left to do
-Miner 25 to 50 (my only job that isn't at 50)
-Farm more tombstones for caster dps darklight (I don't even care for blm/smn all that much)

Honestly I can't even think of what I should be doing in this game. There is a lack of endgame content. Not even as hardcore about gaming as I use to be when i was younger but it seems like I capped out on almost everything there is to do. 1 short endgame raid doesn't cut it for me. Comparing this to other MMO there are at least 3 endgame raids at launch to give players a weeks worth of stuff to do.


And getting relics and darklight on all these jobs seems a bit pointless when there is nothing to challenge me on these jobs.

Suggestions on what I should do.

This is a serious answer. This is not sarcasm nor an attempt to mock you. If you have done all of those things by now, here's my advice:

Play another game. Seriously. No matter the quality of a game, if you grind it to the ground with too much playtime, you WILL get bored, that's how human beings are, repetition produces boredom. You should change it up once in a while.

And when 2.1 comes out, I suggest you don't burn yourself out, because you will be short on content rapidly.

I think you have pretty much broken the game...
Either play something else until next content is up or spend time helping people to reach end-game to increase your FC capabilities.

Seriously. You played a lot. With the amount of content you've completed, we can only assume if there were twice the content you would have probably beat it too at this point.

Even if ARR launched with Crystal Tower on day 1, this thread of yours would still be created eventually. Maybe do something else other then gaming. At the rate you are playing, no games can satisfy you.

MY WORD! I can't imagine have done the things you have in this short 2 months of re-release, I don't want to band wagon with the others here but THEY ARE ALL RIGHT! play GTAV or some other game, or just leave XIV alone till the next patch. I have a PS3 360 and PC I game on and I juggle each as I feel like playing!

plus PS4 and Xone will be here soon, so focus on those while you wait for the next content update for XIV!

Don't fret! More end game is coming no earlier than December! Your single thread wont speed up things because a company works on a timeline to produce product not on the whim of a whiner on a forums who will never be happy no matter what they churn out.

I'm not sure I see the OP whining though.... they have an actual valid point. They've done EVERYTHING you basically can do aside from gearing alt. jobs in coil gear and beating Turn 5 which isn't that much more to do.

These are the times I feel really bad for Legacy/1.0 characters. ; ;

Yeah I think I also agree with the majority here. Just find other games/activities to do while waiting for new content. That's exactly what I would do if I were in your position.

As others have said.. it might be time to give a new game some of your hours and just come back when there's more content. Major props to you for accomplishing so much! I thought I was doing good with one battle class to 50, all the crafting ones, and a gathering one.
