I liked when they had a rough outline the week before. I think they did that for like 1.15 and 1.16 or something like that. Didn't give away any major details so no one could mess with economy. Overall though, I think it's a just a waste of translation time and they should just put up the one patch notes when the servers go down. It's only 1:30 away, just hold your horses :P
