Patch Notes should be put up earlier

Topic, most MMOs put their patch notes out ahead of time of what will be coming in the patch, I hope SE will take this into consideration and put them out on the same day but in the morning or a few days earlier. Of course it can be subject to changes etc, but I would really like this feature.

I haven't seen this to be honest. A lot of MMOs I currently play put up patch notes after the patch goes live, just before the patch goes live or in a forum topic about what MAY be coming to the JP/NA/EU version that have already been released on the Korean/Chinese client.

Btw, all of XI/FMO/XIV's update notes went up the day of unless it was teasers that they throw up occasionally through the month up until the update day (XI/FMO/XIV at the start.)
