Patch Notes should be put up earlier

I agree, not everyone is attached to the internet all day, I am a game designer and even I am not online throughout the day.

so you're telling me that you work on a computer a majority of your day and cant find the time, twice a month, at a specific time of the day, open up a web browser and look at recently posted patch notes? <Removed due to Terms of Service Violation>
