Nov 7: Long Sony PSN maintenance, 8am-3pm PST. Be sure to log in to PSN within the preceding day or so if you want to play during that time. (FF14 worlds will not be down.) (more info from Sony)
Nov 7: 10pm-1am PST. If you need to buy Crysta, you can't during this time. (FF14 worlds will not be down.)
SE's next scheduled maintenance: none scheduled
SE's next emergency maintenance: they don't schedule those things more than a day or so in advance. (technically, "urgent maintenance" not emergent).
Individual game server (within a world) maintenance: as needed. Not announced except by in-game announcement.

Um, because there pretty much always is on Thursday nights?

Really, how naive can a person get- just because emergency maint happened this week does not eliminate the standard scheduled biweekly maint.

Edit: I see that you are referencing the JP maint, ya know, one that doesn't effect NA servers.
