    Help! please :)

I recently purchased the game (3 weeks ago as i still have 7 days on my free period) And the game has run flawlessly for me. Yesterday i fired up the game and logged in, selected my character and it went to the loading screen. Seconds later the game minimized and said " Ffxiv has stopped responding" . It does it every time now. I can log in, select my character and it will stop responding. It wont let me into the world. It was running perfect never had a single problem, and i didn't change anything. It just wont work now. Furthermore if i try to create a new character it will do the same thing. Close, and say not responding. HELP

Perhaps the game has a corrupt file and you need to do a file consistency check. Does ffxiv have on of those?

    Could also attempt a reinstall.

Try renaming your character's data folder in documents > my game > ffxiv > FFXIV_CHRsomething
If it works you can avoid a reinstall.
