    No. They would have to redo every single animation for the class and completely redo many shield-related abilities, not to mention complete and utter lack of skillset synergy.

    I'm not sure why you'd think that. if they created a new job it would come with new skills, new actions, new abilities.. they wouldn't have to touch shield abilities
