Or you could have just done the story quests at the level they were intended for. I know I'm saving the level 47+ quests you get after beating the main scenario for another job.

I, myself, tried, but still ended up with more quests than I could gain exp from.

Personally, I set them aside and will be using them on other jobs. No reason to let them go to waste.
