Beastmen Rank 2

If you consistently did all the daily beastmen quests without missing any, you should be rank 2 now. I have to admit I am a little dissapointed with the new rewards purchasable. The main addition is a couple of new dyes. I would have thought there would be some more interesting stuff available.

But a nice thing is that the new quests give out 7 reputation. However it seems that you can only pick up 3 of them and then either 3 x 5 point-ers from the same beastmen or 3 x 7 point-ers from the other tribe. So that means earning 36 points daily, ranking up a solo tribe in 10 days (20 for both) or 21 + 21 points daily, ranking up both tribes in 17-18 days.

I was thinking after hitting rank 2, of just focusing on one tribe at a time with the convenience of only having to go to one place each day. But after doing the math, I think it would be more efficient to continue to rank both at the same time. What do you guys think you will be doing?

I've been doing them daily since the patch came out but I'm not at rank 2 yet. Even more odd is that the Amaljaa one is 15 points higher than my Sylph one, yet I've been questing them equally.

Are you sure you didn't unlock one race's first, do those quests, and then by the time you unlocked the other the reset had happened? Depending on the time you started relevant to launch and the reset timer, that could explain it. You basically lost a day.

I think at max rank you can only get a minion and a mount maybe couple of housing items. I hope you do not get disappointed by this :/. it was shown in the last Live letter video

I've missed out on a couple of days due to outside commitments, I think it's a little unfair the allowances don't stack like leve's. It's not like stacking would put anyone at an advantage over someone who is able to log in and complete daily, unless you used all your allowances on one tribe, but then you'd be behind with the other anyway.

Ill be pushing the Sylphs just for the gobbue mount. I don't care for the drake or the mini from the amalj'aa but I did want the dyes. Focusing one is possibly less efficient then splitting them(depends on rank 3 quests and rewards) but eventually they'll both get done before 2.2. Story wise the sylphs seem more important anyway to future content.

I'm confused about how to actually reach the next rank.

I hit 150/150 reputation with sylphs yesterday, but after doing the quests again today, my rank didn't increase. Is this a bug or do I have to do something else to reach a higher level than neutral?

ETA: Never mind, I didn't notice the quest from Voyce. It's a bit annoying that I just wasted some daily quests due to that, though...
