Unable to find where to get achievement reward items

Finished the I got this! achievement and can't find out how to get gambler's crown.
Where is that information written (couldn't find it in eorzea's database, libra eorzea or in the game itself).



(Also, what is the "stars" icon for achievement rewards?)

Think the star mean that those are archivement that came from 1.0 and 1.0 players keep their progress

EDIT: To get any archivement reward item you have to talk to Jonathas in Apakallu Falls in Old Gridania
