So in your MMO, only people who can dedicate an hour straight to dungeon running - no AFKing, no breaks - are worthy of EXP.

That is what questing is for, in a normal MMO. In this MMO, you quest once and then need a way to XP for alts. The system is so brilliant, and yet so broken.
